Return Timeframe & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within the following time limits:

  • 0–30 days: 15% restocking fee
  • 31–60 days: 20% restocking fee
  • After 60 days: Returns are not accepted

Important Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused to qualify for return
  • Used instruments are non-returnable
  • Special order or customized items are non-refundable
  • Return authorization is valid for 30 days from issue date

Shipping Guidelines for Returns

  • All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer
  • Use a secure and trackable shipping method such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or certified mail
  • JULLSURG is not responsible for lost shipments

Packaging Requirements

  • Return items in original packaging
  • Include all documentation and tags
  • Improper packaging may result in additional restocking charges

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
  • Please allow 4–5 weeks from receipt of returned goods for processing
