Required Information for Return Request
To process your return quickly, please include:
- Purchaser’s name, address, and contact number
- Invoice number and purchase date
- Product catalog number and quantity
- Reason for return
Return Timeframe & Restocking Fees
We accept returns within the following time limits:
- 0–30 days: 15% restocking fee
- 31–60 days: 20% restocking fee
- After 60 days: Returns are not accepted
Important Return Conditions
- Products must be unused to qualify for return
- Used instruments are non-returnable
- Special order or customized items are non-refundable
- Return authorization is valid for 30 days from issue date
Shipping Guidelines for Returns
- All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer
- Use a secure and trackable shipping method such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or certified mail
- JULLSURG is not responsible for lost shipments
Packaging Requirements
- Return items in original packaging
- Include all documentation and tags
- Improper packaging may result in additional restocking charges
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
- Please allow 4–5 weeks from receipt of returned goods for processing
